Printing & Colour Accuracy
All our products are printed using digital or screen printing technologies, based on the Pantone™ and CMYK colour systems. While we make every effort to accurately reproduce colours according to customer specifications, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in materials, printing methods, and production conditions.
Please note that our manufacturing process has certain technical limitations. Therefore, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to submitted artwork in order to ensure proper production quality, print durability, and product compliance. Any such adjustments will be made without altering the overall design intent.

Delivery
Delivery & Risk Transfer
Acceptance of the cargo by the carrier shall be deemed as delivery to the customer. If the customer does not provide specific delivery instructions, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate delivery method and carrier (e.g. freight carrier, DPD, DHL, postal service, etc.).
While we make every reasonable effort to meet requested delivery dates, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances in the manufacturing or logistics process.
Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier. Any loss or damage occurring during transportation is the responsibility of the delivery service provider, and all claims for damage or compensation must be submitted directly to the carrier or its authorized agent.
Returns
Claims, Complaints & Returns
Any claims or complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and submitted in written form within 7 working days.
Returned goods will be accepted only with prior written authorization issued by our company and only after we have received the customer’s written complaint. Returns made without official approval will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
